Terms of Service — Pixo Search

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixo Search mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Pixo Search provides a universal search tool that helps you find content across your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Purchases and Pro Access

The App offers optional one-time purchases that unlock "Pro" features. These purchases are non-recurring: they grant access for a fixed period (or permanently, for the Lifetime option) and do not automatically renew or result in recurring charges.

  • 1-Month Pass — Pro access for one month, one-time payment.
  • 1-Year Pass — Pro access for one year, one-time payment.
  • Lifetime — Pro access with a single, one-time payment.

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

3. Refunds

Purchases are handled through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Any refund requests must be made through Google Play. We do not directly process payments or refunds.

4. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you can restore previously purchased Pro access using the "Restore Purchases" option, provided you are signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
